How to Book

Before booking please make reservation to check the availability

Reservation is still accepted 24 hours before tour departure depends on the availability
In your reservation please apply with full name, number of people who would like to do the trip and date of tour departure and includingwith package tour that you would like to do.
Your booking is accepted depends on our availability, to ensure get the space either mainland tour or oversea tour you are suggested to book a few months before particularly when you are going to do the trip in June, July August and till mid of September belong to high season in Indonesia regards with summer and school holiday.
To confirm your booking we require some down payment or deposit in advance which is aboutit is about 30% of total payment dealing with tour preparation that you would like to do, while the balance you can pay a week before departure date
If you book without down payment in advance we could not confirm your booking, and then your booking is confirmed automatically once we receive deposit.

Payment method

The payment you can do via transfer directly to our Bank account BRI (PEOPLE’S BANK OF INDONESIA) on behalf of Ofandrianus Jemaur
The most secure payment we suggest pay via paypal.com with account ofandrianusjemaur86@gmail.com
In the payment you can do in any currencies such as IDR, USD, AUD, SGD, and EURO OR GBP.
Note for the payment at the moment we do not take or accept paidby credit card for at the moment we do not have machine.

Tour cancelation

If you would like to cancel the trip for any reasons please inform us as soon as possible at least a week before departure date
When you cancel the trip your deposit or full payment is not refundable again

Tour departure

All of the tours are depart from Labuan Bajo.
In order to running the tour very well we advice to arrive in Labuan Bajo a day before departure date, however if you would like to do the trip on your arrival date, we need to rearrange the itinerary as it cause to change.
For full day trip to Komodo by slow boat is depart early morning at 30am and fast boat trip depart at 06.00am

Type of boat Tour and tour condition

For one day tours to Komodo island – Padar – Rinca island we provide slow wooden boat and speed boat
For overnight tours to Komodo Island we provide three kinds of boats such as Open Deck boat, standard cabin with Fan and Cabin with air conditioner or even provide luxury Phinisi boat charter.
All of our tour is provide for private tour only.
For overland tour we provide standard hotel and when the tour include Wae Rebo you will sleep at the traditional house in the hall where every tourist is sleeping

What to bring during tour

Liability

Flores Awesome Tripacts only in capacity of an agent for accommodations, carriers and transportation, therefore we will not responsible for any loss, damage, and injury, accident and including death.
So we strongly advise you to have your own travel insurance to be fully insured.
